The Vice-Chancellor has appointed a Professor of Chemistry and former Director-General, Project Development Agency (PRODA), Enugu, Professor G. N. Onuoha as the new Dean, School of Environmental Technology (SOET).
In a letter dated July 1, 2013, the Vice-Chancellor stated that the appointment was for one year with effect from July 1, 2013 and assured him of the full co-operation of the administration in the discharge of his duties.
In his reaction, Prof Onuoha, who has served the University as a Head, Department of Chemistry thanked the Vice-Chancellor for the appointment and promised to work hard in re-positioning the School of Environmental Technology as well as actualising the strategic development plans of the University Management.
