A Professor of Mechanical Engineering and the former Dean, Students Affairs Unit, Engr Prof E. E. Anyanwu has been re-elected as the Dean of the School of Engineering and Engineering Technology (SEET).
At its 373rd meeting held on Thursday, June 2013, Senate approved his appointment for a final term of two years with effect from July 1, 2013. It would be recalled that Engr Prof Anyanwu was initially elected Dean, SEET in June 2011.
In his reaction, the current Chairman, Committee of Dean commended members of the SEET Board of Studies for the confidence in re-electing him and promised to continue to work hard in actualising the strategic development plans of the School and the University.
In a letter dated July 8, 2013, the Vice-Chancellor congratulated Engr Prof E. E. Anyanwu on the appointment and assured him of the co-operation of Management at all times.
